How to write the Reader Review of Proposal?

In writing the Reader Review, libraries that are used must be relevant, the original (primeir) and try the latest. Describe the literature review and the underlying ideas that give rise to the proposed activity. When you have results you have achieved in the past, point out and describe it in terms of what still needs to be researched. Reference to the extensive libraries are not necessary until complete, but do enough to show that the problem really exists.
 
Reader Review need not be too long because this aspect was not assessed. The emphasis is that the author should be able to review the results of reference, not only explores quotations. Reference library which is not primeir (journal) should not be used, for example a text book or textbook.
